Return & Refund Policy

At Omosala Print, we are committed to providing high-quality printing and branding services. Because our products are customized and produced based on each customer's request, we follow the return and refund policy below:

No Return for Customized Items

All our products are custom-made and printed based on the customer’s approved design. Therefore, completed orders cannot be returned or refunded once printing has been done.

Reprint for Errors Caused by Omosala Print

If there is an error on your order caused by us, such as:

  • Wrong design after approval
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Poor or damaged print quality from our end

We will fix the issue or reprint the job at no extra cost.

Errors Caused by Customer Instructions

We are not responsible for errors resulting from:

  • Wrong spellings or details provided
  • Low-quality images uploaded
  • Late corrections after design approval
  • Changes requested after production has started

Fixing or reprinting such jobs will attract additional charges.

Design Approval is Final

We always send a final preview/dummy for customer confirmation. Once the customer approves the design: No further changes can be made
Omosala Print will not be liable for overlooked errors

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before production starts. Refunds (if applicable) may take 24–48 hours, depending on your bank network speed minus any design or processing fees.

Delivery Issues

If your printed items are damaged during delivery, notify us immediately with photo evidence. Delivery delays caused by external logistics partners are not the responsibility of Omosala Print.
