Orders & Payment
All orders require clear instructions and necessary materials before production begins.
A minimum deposit may be required for certain jobs.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, POS, USSD, or cash for walk-in customers.
Production starts only after payment confirmation. -
Design & Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs before printing.
Once a design is approved, no further corrections can be made without extra charges.
Omosala Print is not responsible for grammatical errors, incorrect spellings, or wrong information provided by the customer. -
Production Time
Production timelines vary depending on the type of job.
Express, same-day, or urgent services attract additional fees.
While we work to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to technical or supply factors. -
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery services are available at an extra cost.
Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics companies are not the responsibility of Omosala Print.
Customers are responsible for picking up their items on time. -
Refunds & Reprints
Refunds are not offered for completed jobs.
If an error is caused by us, we will fix it or reprint at no extra cost.
Errors resulting from customer instructions attract additional charges. -
Intellectual Property
All designs created by Omosala Print remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must have rights or permission to use any image, logo, or content submitted for printing. -
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.
